This home is aTRI-PLEX, and your reservation includes two of the three suites. The third suite is a 1-bedroom unit next door to the downstairs area, and may occasionally be occupied by 1–2 guests. While you won’t share any indoor amenities, you might cross paths in the backyard or parking area. Quiet hours apply to all guests, so we just ask everyone to be mindful of sound.
You have full access to the entire front driveway and EV charger. You also have exclusive use of the private fenced-in back patio, including the hot tub, sitting area, and BBQ.
The home is also conveniently located on a main road, which means you may hear some road noise, especially from the upstairs kitchen and bedroom, and the downstairs bedroom. It’s also directly across from Lion’s Park, which is undergoing renovations and expected to reopen in early summer 2025—it’s going to be beautiful!

*We are a shoeless house. We like to keep the house extra clean for you and future guests.
*Please rent this unit only for yourself and your group. No 3rd party rentals please, without permission. Unless you are part of Airbnb’s Work Rental program, the responsible party must also be staying in the unit.
*No parties and no smoking, no alcohol or drugs allowed please. We live in a tight neighborhood and want to be respectful to our neighbors. next door as well as to our other guest who may be staying in the additional attached suite, in the lower level of the home.
*Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am please.
*Damage Deposit: As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover most accidental damage to the property during your stay but will not cover any damage to the property that requires additional deep cleaning. The cost of any additional deep cleaning and any Intentional damage of our property will be your responsibility.

Hot tub Safety: Carefully unlock the safety strap before use and lock it again afterward. Follow all posted rules, including no glass, no smoking, and leaving the chemical dispenser in the spa. Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, pregnant, have high blood pressure, open wounds, or bowel/bladder incontinence.

*ADDITIONAL SUITE: There is an additional 1 bedroom suite in the lower level, locked off from your part of the house. You may cross their path to their entrance when you are coming or going, or you may hear them below you or next door to your space. Due to this, we ask that you respect the quiet hours.

✔️There may be other renters in the 1 bedroom downstairs suite in the other half of the downstairs. Because of this, we would appreciate honoring our quiet hours from 10 pm – 7 am.

The upstairs patio is a beautiful, shaded, and completely private outdoor space designed exclusively for your group. You may also park in the front driveway and use the main front door, giving you private access without needing to enter any shared areas.
If there are other guests on the property, they will only use the separate back pathway from their parking area to their private entrance. The only shared space where you may occasionally cross paths is the lower back patio, where guests from the adjacent one-bedroom suite may pass by on their way to or from their vehicle. Each of the downstairs suites has its own set of two Adirondack chairs and access to a shared grassy area.
Our home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, perfect for a peaceful stay. It’s conveniently situated across the street from Lion’s Park, which is currently undergoing improvements (summer 2024 – summer 2025). You’ll have easy access from both the main street in front of the house and a cul-de-sac on Brentwood Place, making it simple to come and go. Enjoy a relaxing environment while being close to local attractions and amenities.

FIREPLACE
Fireplace will be out of season from 5/1 – 10/1. If you feel you need it during these dates please reach out to the host.
HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING:
Because part of the downstairs space may be occupied by other guests, the central heating and cooling is managed by us to maintain a comfortable balance for everyone. If you’d like the temperature adjusted, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help! A space heater is also provided in the downstairs bedroom for added comfort as needed.
EV Charger:
In the driveway we have a 220 amp EV charger available. You will need to bring your own charging cable that is appropriate for your type of vehicle.
Parking:
There is room for 3 vehicles in the front driveway as well as parking in the back cul de sac, or in the street.
Hot Tub:
Please be aware that there is a cover with safety straps that need to remain locked for safety when not in use. Please use your own judgement when using the hot tub and use at your own risk.
Outdoor Cameras:
Security cameras are at both entrances to the house for your safety. They may be recording video or audio.
Noise Monitor:
There is a noise monitor that will notify you if the decibels exceeds reasonable levels. It records decibels not conversations.
