🚨 HOUSE RULES FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE
*No smoking in or around the property.
*No parties or events without special permission.
*Primary renter must be 25+ and present on-site during the stay.
*Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
*Damage Deposit: A damage waiver is included as part of your cleaning fee, covering accidental damage during your stay.
*Intentional damage will be your responsibility.
*Rental Agreement: A link to our rental agreement will be sent to you to sign before check-in.
*Winter Advisory:
Snow may occasionally make the driveway challenging. An AWD or 4WD vehicle may be necessary to drive up the driveway.
If unable to navigate the incline, you can park at the bottom of the driveway within the property’s driveway space.
Street parking is not permitted per HOA regulations to ensure emergency vehicle access.
*Hot Tub:
The hot tub has a cover with safety straps that must remain locked when not in use.
Use at your own risk and exercise caution when using the hot tub.
*Televisions:
TVs are available in every bedroom, living room, and game room.
Use your own streaming subscription services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) and log out of ROKU guest mode at the end of your stay.
The living room TV may not have every viewing app you prefer. You may want to bring your own laptop and HDMI cable if you have a special app you prefer watching from.
*Safety:
*Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Kits are located throughout the home.
*Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are also located throughout the home for your safety.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required before check-in.
*DAMAGE DEPOSIT: limited damage insurance is included with the cleaning fee. Any intentional damages will be the responsibility of the guest.
*OUTDOOR CAMERAS: Two exterior cameras monitor the driveway and entry points for safety. No indoor cameras.
*PET POLICY: Up to 2 dogs allowed (35 lbs max per dog). A $150 pet fee applies per pet. Sorry, no cats or other animals.
