Fall is the Gulf Coast locals keep to themselves: warm water, empty sand, no August heat. Bring the whole crew — dogs included — to a single-level home a 15-minute walk from Indian Shores Beach. Six-person hot tub, wood-burning fire pit, screened pool, and a real game room.
Beach chairs, towels and sand toys are already here. Self check-in, no stairs, fenced yard.
Book your fall dates, or message us and we’ll match the bedrooms to your group. Fall is when this stretch of the Gulf Coast belongs to the locals. The water is still warm enough to swim in October, the sand empties out after Labor Day, and the evenings finally cool enough that you want the fire pit lit.

THE BEACH IS A 15-MINUTE WALK
Indian Shores Beach is 0.7 miles from the door — about fifteen minutes on foot, or three by car to the municipal lot. Autumn is this beach at its best: the Gulf sits near 80 degrees through October and stays swimmable into November, parking frees up again, and sunset lands early enough that nobody misses it. John’s Pass 10 min · Madeira Beach 10 min · Treasure Island 15 min · downtown St. Pete 25 min.
WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN
This is where fall earns its keep. The converted garage is a real game room, not a dartboard in a corner — pool, ping-pong, air hockey, NBA Jam and a multicade. Outside, the fire pit and hot tub sit under open sky. “The game room was our son’s favorite place to be,” one guest wrote. “We played pool, air hockey, ping pong and more every evening.”
ROOM FOR TEN — AND FOR GRANDPARENTS
Everything lives on one level with no stairs inside. Primary: king, Roku TV, ensuite with dual sinks, walk-in shower, jetted tub and grab bars, opening straight onto the lanai. Bedroom 2: king, Roku TV. Bedroom 3: queen-over-queen bunks. Bedroom 4: two queens, Roku TV. Room-darkening shades throughout.
THE KITCHEN
Cook for ten without a reservation: full-size appliances, Keurig and drip coffee, sharp knives, wine glasses. The table seats six by the patio door, and the dining table converts for poker and cards. Publix is under two miles; Walgreens is two walkable blocks.
