*No parties and no smoking in or around the property, no alcohol or drugs allowed please. We live in a tight neighborhood and want to be respectful to our neighbors.
*Primary renter must be 25+ and present on-site during the stay.
*Fireworks and candles are prohibited on the property.
*Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am please.
*We are a shoeless house. We like to keep the house extra clean for you and future guests.
*Damage Deposit: As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. Intentional damage will be your responsibility.
*Property Protection To ensure a worry-free stay, we’ve partnered with Waivo to provide property protection. This coverage, included in your rental rate, offers up to $3,000 for accidental damages during your stay.

*Hot Tub: Enjoy the hot tub with provided towels. Please note the health risks and follow the safety rules for a relaxing experience. Use the hot tub at your own risk. Do not stand or sit on the hot tub cover. Keep the cover on and locked when not in use.
Hot tub Safety: Carefully unlock the safety strap before use and lock it again afterward. Follow all posted rules, including no glass, no smoking, and leaving the chemical dispenser in the spa. Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, pregnant, have high blood pressure, open wounds, or bowel/bladder incontinence.
*Televisions:
Smart TVs are available in every bedroom, living rooms, and game rooms. Nine total!
Use your own streaming subscription services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) and log out of Amazon PRIME apps at the end of your stay. If you have special apps you want to be sure you are able to utilize, you may want to bring a laptop to plug in directly.
Safety:
*Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Kits are located throughout the home.
*Outdoor Cameras: Security cameras are at both entrances to the house for your safety. They may be recording video or audio.
*Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are also located throughout the home for your safety.

The Andy’s Market, a 10 min walk, has got your fresh produce and specialty items covered while Colville Street Patisserie and Walla Walla Bread Company have your artisan breads, gelato and pastries.
You can walk to WalMart and a few fast food restaurants such as Chipotle and Del Taco. You can also find an Uber or Lyft to where you want to go, though they aren’t as plentiful as they are in bigger cities. You may need to plan to wait for their arrival.
