Your cozy cottage offers private parking and a dedicated access area for your suite. The suite is situated in a shared courtyard alongside the main house, home to a multigenerational family of five adults. Guests have access to shared amenities, including the pool (seasonal), hot tub, garden, yard, and firepit. Let us know your preferred times to use the pool and hot tub, and we’ll ensure your privacy. We’re quiet and available if needed, but you’ll rarely see us.
Please note, our cat stays in the locked garage overnight near the cottage. While she’s not allowed in the rental and the space remains pet-free, you may occasionally hear her meow if she senses activity nearby. Rest assured, she won’t disturb your stay. You are always welcome to let us know if you hear her because we may have forgotten to let her out in the morning.

Your cozy cottage offers private parking and a dedicated access area for your suite. The suite is situated in a shared courtyard alongside the main house. We do have a cat you may come across. She lives next door to your suite at night, in the attached garage to keep her safe from the wild animals. We will let her out in the morning and put her in at night. Those are times when you may see me or one of my family members. We are all adults and due to busy work schedules, only enjoy the yard occasionally so you will likely seldom see us.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We follow the cancellation policy in place at the time you booked, as shown in your confirmation. If there is any chance you may need to cancel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout. Refunds are not provided outside the booked policy for weather, illness, or travel disruptions.
DAMAGE INSURANCE:
As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. Intentional damage will be your responsibility.
RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION:
A link to our rental agreement will be sent to you to sign before you check in. It is for the purpose of obtaining your agreement to the house rules as well as for taking responsibility for the risks associated with amenities like the pool, fire pit, hot tub and BBQ as well as acknowledging the extra costs when these amenities are not cared for and the rules are not followed.
