Additional rules - We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests! ** General ** - Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. If you do smoke outside, please clean up all remnants. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you be liable to pay for a smoke ozone treatment. - Do NOT move any furniture to other areas of the home. - You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay - If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly ** Hot Tub ** - Please put the hot tub cover back ON after using it. - It's important that the hot tub is in READY mode- not in rest mode. **PETS ** - All pets must be: - NOT outside the guest's control - Housebroken - NOT be left alone at the listing without prior approval - NOT allowed into areas that the host has indicated are off-limits to the guest - NOT allowed in shared spaces (i.e., spaces shared with people who are not in the guest’s traveling party) without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered (e.g., hallways in an apartment building, or a shared kitchen or backyard in private room listings) ** Garbage ** - Please consolidate all garbage from kitchen and bathrooms into larger bags and place in trash can outside in the bear proof garbage bin by the parking area. PLEASE raise the RED flag in the right side of the bear proof bin when you are finished. - Our support staff collects the trash a few times a week. - Absolutely no loose trash can be placed in the outside trash cans. Not only does this attract wildlife, but our support staff has to collect the trash bags by hand. You will be charged an extra fee if they have to dig out loose items of garbage. - Upon checkout, please make sure all trash from bedrooms, bathrooms, basement, and kitchen is collected and placed in the trash cans in the bear proof bins by the parking area. Lock and raise the red flag in the right side of the bear proof bin when you are finished. ** Outdoor Gas Grill ** - When finished using the grill, please use the provided grill scraper to scrape the grill gate. - Clean off any food or grease residue. - When finished, please make sure to turn OFF the propane at bottom of the grill ** Game Room ** - DO NOT sit on the Arcade games. - Be aware of your surrounding as to not break anything- you will be held responsible for damages that may occur. - Please return all items for the enjoyment of our next guests. ** WiFi ** - To use the Smart TVs, simply turn on with the provided remote - You may use apps such as Netflix and YouTube TV using your personal login - You can also stream from your phone or tablet and cast to the Smart TV - Please sign out of your accounts before check out
