Welcome to the Magnolia Suite! This bright, roomy apartment is tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac with well-lit parking and keyless entry for your convenience. The private bedroom has a brand-new KING mattress and there is a hide-a-bed with a comfy memory foam mattress. The kitchen, though older, is equipped with a full-size fridge, new microwave, vintage oven, garbage disposal, and a coffee maker with K-cup pods provided. Please note: there is NO dishwasher.

Whether you're a student, a professional, or simply looking for a cozy place to call home, this apartment has it all. OTHER GUESTS IN HOUSE: THE MAGNOLIA SUITE is the downstairs suite. There are also one other lower level suite and an upstairs larger suite that may host other guests. The other guests should rarely interact with you. They enter from the front and the other entrance in the back. You may cross paths as you enter your unit. You may hear the other guests however, due to the walls being thin. They may also hear you. So please abide by the quiet hours for this reason. If you are wondering if there are guests in the other units, you may reach out to me and ask. This home is conveniently located on a main thoroughfare between Home Depot and Wal-Mart. As a result there is road noise that can be heard from the kitchen and main bedroom. It is also directly across the street from Lion's Park. It is currently under construction but when it is done it will be lovely! (expected completion is late summer 2025). INSURANCE: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Waivo to provide you with property protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. The Waivo insurance includes up to $3,000 of accidental damage coverage for property and contents damage. You are still responsible for any intentional damage or reckless damage. Other Details to Note

No Pets and No Smoking: This unit is in a house with 2 other units. There is a strict no pets and no smoking policy for the benefit of all guests with allergies due to shared HVAC system. Quiet Hours: There is also a quiet policy from 10-7 am for the comfort of all our guests. We thank you in advance by honoring this. Outdoor Cameras: Security cameras are at the entrance to the house for your safety. They may be recording video and audio. Damage Deposit: As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. Intentional damage will be your responsibility. Rental Agreement: A link to our rental agreement will be sent to you to sign before you check in.

Accessibility

Neighborhood

We have wonderful neighbors and are located across the street from a large park with walking paths, duck pond and playground. (Under construction summer 2024 - summer 2025). We are located on a busy city street. The sidewalk and street out front is noisy at times and the garbage truck comes very early Monday mornings. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this may not be the best place for you. However, it is extremely convenient with easy access and wonderful walking paths nearby.

Guest access

Full access to the small backyard. The Magnolia Suite is below a 3 bedroom unit and is next door to a studio unit. It is a self contained private living space with a convenient separate entry with a key code and self check in.

Magnolia was everything its listing promised. Great communication before and during my stay. Excellent printed info inside the apartment and the check out list is very helpful. Just cleared snow from the stairs and parking was easy to find in the little cup de sac. Definitely worth the price of admission—five stars 😎

The apartment was perfect! It has everything you need and is in an extremely safe and private neighborhood. Mindi was a wonderful host and she really went out of her way to make sure we had a perfect stay. A+ rating from us. We would def stay there again!

Find us

Car is the best way to get around. There is a bus that runs nearby, if a car isn’t possible. Your best parking is either in back at the base of the stairs or out front on the street in front of our pathway going to the back of the house. Thank You.
