We live in a tight neighborhood and want to be respectful to our neighbors. *Primary renter must be 25+ and present on-site during the stay. *Fireworks and candles are prohibited on the property. *Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am please. *We are a shoeless house. We like to keep the house extra clean for you and future guests. *Damage Deposit: As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. Intentional damage will be your responsibility. *Property Protection To ensure a worry-free stay, we've partnered with Waivo to provide property protection. This place accommodated 11 of us for a golf trip and exceeded expectations by far! If you are looking for a place to stay with a large group, this is the place! Restaurants within walking distance, incredibly clean house with a ton of space and comfortable sleeping. 100% recommend!

This was a really great home for our family outing. We were a family of eight adults and a baby and the house had plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy as well as quality time together as a group. Everyone in our group enjoyed the digital game board and various other unique amenities. Mindi was great to work with, proactive in her communication, and was super responsive to my questions. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in our reservation and Mindi was able to work some last minute miracles to accommodate us and that was greatly appreciated. Some details: there are two kitchens and they are well appointed. All of the rooms feature large and comfortable king size beds. There are two gathering rooms with large televisions, one upstairs and one downstairs. Plenty of bathrooms, quiet location and lots of general living space to spread out. Thanks Mindi for being a great host and letting us stay in your lovely home.
